At Tillamook Off-Road Trail Alliance (TORTA), our mission is to build high-quality mountain bike trails on the Oregon Coast that serve our community and create lasting outdoor opportunities. Our flagship project, the Buzzard Butte Trail Network near Pacific City, is a growing system designed for riders of all abilities, with miles of scenic, progressive singletrack and plans for future expansion.

We’ve teamed up with Smartcap, who makes the world’s first modular, stainless steel truck cap, that lets you build your truck bed to fit your life, to help raise funds to continue building and improving these trails.
